At Mennonite Home, we have reinvented the structure of our building and the way we provide care for our elders. We have changed from the traditional nursing home setting to a household setting and incorporated a concept known as Person Centered Care. Person Centered Care is a philosophical approach to health care that gets to the heart of the matter - learning the residents' needs, wants, and making them feel truly, at home.
