In this session, we will explore organizational and personal considerations that will help you plan successfully for a next-generation succession plan in your organization.

He brings 21 years of consulting experience in organizational transition, executive and team development, and has extensive experience as an operating and sales executive. In addition to his North Group responsibilities, Mr. North is an active community and ministry volunteer, husband, father and newly minted grandfather.

She helps people determine their best strategies for retirement, Social Security, charitable giving, and taxes.
