Falcon Pointe apartments have four different floor plans, each one spacious and accommodating to a variety of needs.

• Lilac: This two-bedroom apartment is 1,230 square feet and features a balcony so you can enjoy the views all year long.
• Lotus: At 1,500 square feet, this apartment has two bedrooms, a den and a balcony. It also features floor-to-ceiling length windows, providing ample natural light.
• Marigold: Our 1,510-square-foot two-bedroom apartment features a unique circular balcony, giving you a fun outdoor space to enjoy.
• Zinnia: With two bedrooms and a den, this apartment is 1,710 square feet and has floor-to-ceiling windows.

All four apartment types can be found on each of the building’s floors. Private storage options are available for every apartment, and seating areas can be found throughout the building for neighborhood chats. Many rooms are conveniently located next to community amenities, such as the Garden Café and the Bluebird Inn Restaurant.
